Turnkey contracting

Individual items
We take on single items such as kitchen cabinets, wardrobes or wall panels, and we also assemble furniture you have already bought.

Every project carries a 24-month warranty on structure, fittings and finishes.

Frequently asked questions
Does Phạm Huỳnh take on just one or two individual items?
Yes. We take on jobs from a single item, such as kitchen cabinets or a wall panel, and go through the same survey, measuring and installation steps as on a large project.
I already have design drawings. Can Phạm Huỳnh build from them?
Yes. We review the drawings, measure the site and prepare shop drawings. Where a material is hard to find on the market, we propose an equivalent for you to choose.
Is there a charge for the survey and quotation?
Surveys and quotations are free within Ho Chi Minh City. Any design fee is deducted from the value of the installation contract.
Does Phạm Huỳnh work in other provinces and cities?
Yes. Everything is made in our workshop, then packed and shipped to the site for installation.
